Regional Referee Administrator
Kaneohe, Region 113
|
Aloha! Welcome to AYSO Region 113.
As the Regional Referee Administrator for our region, I would like to encourage you to volunteer your time as a soccer referee. This opportunity will give you added knowledge to enjoy the game from a different perspective. It also puts you in a position to be a positive role model for our youth. Certification classes are provided annually, and to further help you in expanding your knowledge on the ‘how’ of refereeing, mentorship will be provided on an ongoing basis throughout the soccer season.
AYSO is made up of volunteers and with your help we can give the Windward kids memorable experiences as they have fun playing the game that is played in many countries of the world.
Sincerely,
Francisco “Cisco” Flores
Region 113 RRA

This residential camp is an exciting environment where Referees from around the country socialize and discuss officiating skills and the Laws of the Game with some of the most knowledgeable and experienced staff in the country. Their skill level is enhanced and their understanding of the game is greatly refined.
It is a place where Referee Assessors learn how to combine a discerning eye with insightful analysis and positive commentary to improve the performance and effectiveness of Referees at any level of play.
It is a place where Referee Instructors learn that theirs is one of the most crucial and demanding appointments in the organization. They learn the fine art of training volunteers in a non-threatening environment to be enthusiastic, productive contributors to their home Regions.
Attendees benefit from top-level instructors who learned the craft from renowned FIFA referee, Ken Aston. Many of the instructors hold Section and National positions, and are pledged to keeping Ken Aston's Vision of the Spirit of the Game alive, making this an unparalleled learning experience for those in attendance. Attendees leave with a renewed sense of pride, a more refined understanding of how to contribute to their local organizations, and an energized spirit.
