VOLUNTEERS
Did you know that over 1,300 children participate in Region 113's AYSO Program? With those kinds of numbers, AYSO is one of the largest youth sports organizations in Hawaii. We are an all-volunteer organization dedicated to providing a safe, fun and fair environment for the development of youth soccer skills. Providing a positive and organized environment for all these players requires volunteers doing their part.
Every year we have many open positions - for coaches, assistant coaches, referees, board members, etc...if you want to contribute even just a little bit of your time, we need you! There is nothing so fulfilling as watching kids learn and grow and your kids will remember your involvement for years to come. Your help WILL make a difference!
Don't know anything about soccer. That is just fine, we will help by providing you all the assistance and tools you will need to be successful.  Volunteer Application Instructions...
All Volunteers (anyone who will be working around the kids i.e. coach, referee, team parent) in AYSO are required to fill out a Volunteer Application Form once a year utilizing the on-line application form that can be found at eAYSO. You can also dowload the Volunteer Application Form and the Youth Volunteer Application Form and enter the information manually. The Youth Volunteer Application Form is to be used for Volunteers under the age of 18.
Below are the steps for completing the Volunteer Application Form:
 To complete the registration on-line log onto eAYSO. If this is the first time you have logged onto this site, please follow the instructions. For returning users, if you cannot remember your password, you can email press the "Forgot Password" link and AYSO will send an email to your email account with a new password to temporarily use while logging in.
Once you are logged into eAYSO, click on VOLUNTEER and follow the instructions found there. If you are a returning Volunteer and have used eAYSO before, you can click on your name to continue the process and update any necessary information.
When you are complete and ready to PRINT, be sure to print out and sign 2 copies of your Volunteer Application Form.
When submitting your Volunteer Application Form, have a picture ID ready to show (preferrably your drivers license). These forms can be turned in at Registration, any Safe Haven Clinic or Coaches Clinic or Referee Clinic.
